One of the highlights of Asador Tudanca-Aranda is its spectacular wood-fired oven, essential for preparing our roast suckling lamb (lechazo), the heart of Castilian cuisine. All our lechazo carry the Protected Geographical Identification (PGI) seal, ensuring the highest quality of ingredients.
From Monday to Friday, in addition to our full restaurant menu, we offer an executive daily menu with the option to choose from four first courses, four main courses, and three desserts, including bread, water, wine, and coffee. On weekends and holidays, we also offer a special menu.
